3. How do I fund my account using Teleingreso?

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to the 'Cashier' tab and select 'Deposit'.
  3. You will now see the Teleingreso logo. To select this deposit option simply click on the icon.
  4. Enter or select your deposit amount and bonus code (if applicable), then click on 'Deposit'.
  5. You will now be redirected to teleingreso where you are required to enter your name and address before clicking 'Proceed'.
  6. Your unique nine digit transaction code will be displayed together with the expiry date and deposit amount.
  7. Using the nine digit code please make a payment at your nearest teleingreso point of sale.
  8. Click here to find your nearest teleingreso sales point.
  9. Upon successful confirmation of your payment the funds will be credited to your account.

4. Can I reuse the same nine digit code for future deposits?

No, each nine digit code is unique and cannot be reused. It is important that you visit the cashier for each subsequent teleingreso deposit that you wish to make, in order to obtain a new nine digit code.

5. Is there any time limit to complete my payment at teleingreso?

Yes, each nine digit code will expiry 30 days after creation.
